High-Rate & High Temperature AGM Battery

The FHB is an innovative battery, designed to deliver the highest levels of performance while operating for a full 10 years at 30°C. These batteries are made using our superior grid alloy technology. This special high- temperature design allows Data Center operators the possibility to raise set point temperatures thus saving on expensive air-conditioning and cooling energy.
Flame retardant high tensile ABS plastic is according UL94 V0 (LOI greater than 28%) to guarantee the safeties protection and superior thermal stability to avoid case bulging compared to standard batteries.
A high-quality microporous separator is used to control recombination current and avoid thermal runaway. FHB batteries carry very high energy density in a compact design and it helps to reduce costly installation space, moreover, they can be installed in cabinets and racks.
The FHB range is based on AGM VRLA technology and it is 99% recyclable at the end of life. The battery is fully maintenance-free and requires no routine topping-up of the electrolyte. The range carries a non-hazardous designation and can be transported by road, rail or air. The design has been optimized to lower self-discharge during storage.
